Blue Texels take reserve purebred spot at Agrifest South West

It was a successful trip to Exeter, Devon for Monmouth-based Jack and Sam Bodily as their pair of Blue Texel ewe lambs won the breed class and then took the reserve purebred champion spot, under the watchful eye of judge Chrissy Davies, Brecon. 

This pair of February and March-born ewe lambs are both out of homebred ewes and sired by Whatmore Fella (ET) and Beckbred Blues Hitman (ET). Their next show will be the Royal Welsh Winter Fair later in the month.

4th – Paul and Lin Calcraft

5th – Kez’s Blue Texels
