Blue Texels dominated the any other continental breed section (MV accredited) at this year’s LiveScot, judged by Dougie Fleming, Nisbet Farm, Coulter. The ewe lamb from G. Gray, Sunnycroft shown by son David, won the ewe lamb class before gaining the MV champion accolades sponsored by A B Europe, ahead of all the other MV section champions. This ewe lamb, sired by Matt’s Hitman, was purchased in Carlisle in August-2024 for 1200gns from Tŷ Gwyn Blue Texels. Winning the tup lamb class was R & J Hamilton, Midshawtonhill.
